Gerovital® H3 Prof. Dr. Ana Aslan Equilibrium Repairing Mask is indicated for soothing oily/acne-prone skin after comedone extraction. The mask eliminates toxins, dead skin cells, excess sebum, dust, and impurities from the skin's surface, closes enlarged pores characteristic of combination and oily skin, and aids in tissue repair and seborrheic skin lesions.
How to use
Apply a generous layer to the face, neck, and décolleté, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove any excess mask with a cotton pad dampened with warm water. This product is also recommended for home use between treatments: use once a week after cleansing and exfoliating the skin. After using the mask, apply the Sebum-Controlling Mattifying Cream from the same line.
Active ingredients and their role
- D-Panthenol - is a provitamin of the B-vitamin complex, which in the skin is quickly transformed into pantothenic acid, which plays an important role in the cellular repair and restoration mechanism. It has moisturizing and emollient properties, improves hydration, reduces irritation and itching, accelerates wound healing processes.
- Boswellia Serata extract - high in boswellic acid, specifically inhibits the enzyme involved in the inflammatory process; contributes to cell regeneration, calming the epidermis and activating blood circulation, promoting healing.
- Zinc Oxide - has antiseptic, absorbent, sebum-regulating, and astringent properties.
- Kaolin and Bentonite - powerful absorbent effects, which attract and fix mechanical impurities, metabolites, and excess sebum from the dermis, improving the purifying and mattifying properties of the mask.
- Dipotassium glycyrrhizat and Calendula oil - provide anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, soothing, and healing effects.
